Ration Book Terms and Conditions

Prizes may only be redeemed at the stipulated businesses:

• Winners will be notified via email and required to respond within 7 days, otherwise the winner of the prize will be redrawn and another winner selected.
• Vouchers may be exchanged for goods at a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
• Vouchers are valid for 6 months until 31st March 2026,unless stated otherwise on the voucher
• If you do not spend the entire balance on the voucher no cash will be given for monies under the voucher amount.
• Gift vouchers should be treated as cash. They are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge vouchers.
• Redeeming partners reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud.
• Experience Sheringham reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of vouchers at any time without notice and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
• Vouchers will be issued to the winners by the participating businesses and community groups.
• The competition is not suitable for children under 4 years old
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• The Ration Book Stampers contain small parts and may present a choking hazard
• Ink on the stamper may be permanent and could stain clothing or skin
• In case of an emergency whilst participating in this competition, please dial 999 or on the 20th or 21st of September, visit the First Aiders located near Sheringham’s Town Clock. 

While reasonable precautions and controls have been implemented, it is not possible to eliminate all risk.

Participation in the event is voluntary. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision, care, and safety of children in their charge at all times. Stampers are not suitable for children under 4 years and must only be used under the supervision of a responsible adult.

The organisers and participating businesses accept no liability for:

• Damage to clothing, property, or personal items caused by stamper ink, which may be permanent.

• Injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from a failure to follow the published safety guidance and supervision requirements.

• Any misuse of stampers beyond their intended purpose.

In the event of an incident requiring medical attention call 999, support will be available at the designated First Aid Point at the Town Clock on Saturday 20th (10 am to 7 pm) and Sunday 21st September (10 am to 4 pm).
