Santa’s workshop was full of busy elves, wrapping presents, testing toys, and polishing sleigh bells. But as the snowstorm outside grew stronger, a great whoosh of wind burst through the doors — and before anyone could say “Merry Christmas!”, a box of magical stardust went tumbling straight into the sleigh!
Now, this wasn’t any stardust. It was the special kind that powers Christmas magic. When it spilled across the sleigh, it gave the reindeer a mighty sneeze — and achoo! off they zoomed, spinning right out of the workshop!
When Santa finally caught up with them, he found something most unexpected…
The elves were gone!
Santa checked his list (twice, of course) and discovered that the trail of sparkle and snowflakes led all the way to a little seaside town called Sheringham, on the north Norfolk coast. The stardust must have drifted them there — perhaps the elves fancied a holiday by the sea!
Now, those mischievous elves have been spotted hiding in shop and business windows all around Sheringham, peeking out from behind baubles, books, and beach buckets. Some say they’re helping the townsfolk get ready for Christmas. Others say they’re looking for the perfect spot to watch the waves while they wait for Santa to come and fetch them.
Santa needs YOUR help to find them all before Christmas Eve — so he can get them safely back to the North Pole in time for the big night!
And to say thank you for helping, Santa’s left behind over £500 worth of magical prizes for lucky elf-finders to win!
