Conditions of Entry

• Filling or emptying of fuel tanks within the area is strictly prohibited at all times.
• All vehicles should be positioned within the boundaries of the display so that any protrusions, doors, tail lifts, etc. do not infringe public access.
• Vehicles must be taxed and drivers be fully insured to drive vehicle
• Applicants must ensure all drivers hold, and are not disqualified from holding, a licence to drive the class of vehicle being displayed and drive/ride that vehicle in accordance with the current UK legislation
• Road vehicles must be fully licensed and DoT tested(if applicable) in accordance with the current UK legislation for that type of vehicle or formally declared ‘not for road use’.
• No exhibit may be left running unattended at any time. All unattended vehicles must be securely braked and/or chocked and engines switched off and ignition deactivated.
• No vehicle may be run on trade plates
• All vehicles are accepted into the event on the condition that neither the relevant authorities nor the event organisers can be held responsible for exhibitors’/traders’ negligence resulting in any damage or injury to vehicles or any persons whatsoever. Loss, theft or damage to exhibitors’ vehicles, their contents or equipment is entirely at the risk of the exhibitor.
• Traders must ensure that they have adequate public liability insurance cover and the organisers may request proof of this at any time.
• It is the responsibility of the exhibitors to ensure that all vehicles being driven have a minimum of third party insurance cover. UK Road Traffic Act laws apply on site.
• Vehicles entering and leaving are restricted to a maximum of walking speed and no unauthorised movement of vehicles is permitted during Showtime (until after 4pm). If you need to leave early it must be agreed with show marshals, before moving, who will then escort you out.
• No dangerous dogs allowed on site. Pets are the direct responsibility of their handlers and must be kept on a leash at all times, and any deposit to be cleared up immediately and removed responsibly
• Whilst every effort is made to ensure a successful show the organisers accept no responsibility for trading results for any reason (eg adverse weather, show attendances, stall position, competition etc). Furthermore the organisers reserve the right to close down the show at any time should circumstances beyond our control necessitate such action.
• Vehicles may arrive anytime between 8:30am and 11:30am on Sunday 7th June 2026 and must remain on site and on display for the entire show. Vehicles may depart on Sunday 7th June 2026 after 4pm or by arrangement with a marshal.
• Exhibitors must, without exception or argument, comply with the event marshals’ instructions and conduct themselves in a manner that will not inconvenience or endanger other persons, exhibits at any time.
• Applicants wishing to display a military vehicle with any form of weapon (simulated or real) must include a copy of the deactivation certificate with this application form for consideration of approval.
• The organisers reserve the right to deny, remove, or have removed, any vehicle without prior notification of explanation.
• We have approximately 400 spaces so please come early to avoid disappointment.
