Vintage Transport Festival

1st & 2 July 2023
Join us this July for the Vintage Transport weekend, two days of classic vehicles accompanied by an intensive train service featuring our stunning Vintage train and beautifully restored 1950s suburban carriages.

See a stunning display of vintage buses and coaches throughout the weekend and get your opportunity to journey between our stations on a select few. On Sunday 3 July, our historic stations will be taken over by hundreds of classic cars and motorbikes! Sheringham Station will showcase a display of classic motorbikes.

Beer & Cider Festival

Whether you relax aboard one of our historic carriages or on the platform at Sheringham Station there’ll be scores of local ales and ciders, including many from local suppliers alongside those from breweries further afield. A selection of wines, spirits and soft drinks will also be available.

Enjoy DJ sets throughout the day courtesy of returning favourite Drivetime Music. There’ll be live music on Friday evening as the Sheringham Shantymen join us, and from The Hillbilly Goats Gruff on Saturday evening! Refreshments will be available.

Sheringham Potty Festival

Morris Dancing In The Streets

Saturday 1st July to Sunday 2nd July 2023
In 2018 this event achieved a Guinness World record for hosting the largest Morris Dance ever. There were 369 Morris Dancers from 33 sides, dancing in the streets of Sheringham. A fun weekend full of excitement, music and frivolity.

With the help of the traders and townspeople the festival now draws a large crowd of visitors and holiday makers into Sheringham each July. Its popularity with the dancers and visitors keeps them coming back, some booking their holidays to coincide with the festival each year.

A great family day out, the crew usually have training and practice sessions early each Sunday morning too.
