Mud & Moon: A Play in Five Days

his summer, Mud & Moon Theatre Co. is bringing a creative outdoor theatre week to Upper Sheringham for young people aged 11 to 16.

Taking place at Upper Sheringham Village Hall from Monday 17th to Friday 21st August 2026, A Play in Five Days gives young people the chance to explore storytelling, stagecraft, character, voice, movement, teamwork and imagination in a relaxed and encouraging setting.

Led by Drama Teacher and trained Actor Amy Mallett, alongside Professional Actor and Writer Laura Guest, the week is designed to help young people build confidence, develop performance skills and create their own short play together.

Across the five days, participants will take part in drama games, creative exercises, guided scriptwriting and collaborative performance work. The week ends with a friendly showing for family and friends, celebrating everything the group has created.

With no screens, no technology and no pressure for a polished production, Mud & Moon offers a memorable summer experience rooted in creativity, confidence-building, nature and play.
