Potty Festival 2026 – Sheringham

Every summer, Sheringham bursts into life with the Potty Festival – one of the UK’s largest Morris dancing and folk music events. Since its beginning in 1993, the festival has brought together sides from across the country, filling the town with colour, music, and tradition.

Across the weekend you can expect lively performances from Morris dancers, folk musicians, and entertainers in venues and streets throughout Sheringham. The festival attracts both locals and visitors in their thousands, creating a unique atmosphere that celebrates community, culture, and fun by the sea.
