Sheringham’s Christmas fun day is the highlight of the festive calendar. The town will be filled with Christmas cheer, with music, family-friendly activities, and plenty of festive shopping opportunities.

Many local shops, cafés, and pubs are getting involved this year with special offers, late-night opening and seasonal treats. Expect entertainment throughout the afternoon.

5pm to 7pm Late-night shopping in Sheringham

5.15pm Christmas Carols with the Salvation Army. Everyone can join in and sing along with these festive favourites.

5.30pm Sheringham Christmas Lights Countdown and Switch-On

7.30pm A Christmas Carol at Sheringham Little Theatre
Step back in time as you enter The Hub – adorned with twinkling lights and traditional decorations – where we will be serving treats for all ages with hot chocolates, mulled wine, mince pies and more.

Saturday 28th November 2026

9am-3pm Christmas Artisan Market at St. Peter’s Church

2.30pm and 7.30pm A Christmas Carol at Sheringham Little Theatre
Step back in time as you enter The Hub – adorned with twinkling lights and traditional decorations – where we will be serving treats for all ages with hot chocolates, mulled wine, mince pies and more.

Santa Special Railway Trips –  Enjoy a magical Christmas journey along the whole length of the North Norfolk Railway line! Meet Santa and receive a special wrapped present.

Sunday 29th November 2026
