Taking the very best ingredients, questioning why we like them, and then highlighting those qualities in the most organic, restrained manner. It is food you can’t recreate at home, but it is also food that respects the integrity of the ingredients and the toil that goes into producing them. Our local suppliers include The Norfolk Tea Company, South East Coffee Company and Papworth’s butchers. We use Blakeney Leaf in our salads and the Fruit Pig Company for our black pudding, as well as sourcing our free-range eggs from the local farm for Golden Yoke Eggs. We believe everything we serve should be freshly prepared and made in our kitchen, along with all our cakes and savoury treats. We want to do this the old-fashioned way and try to bring back those traditional values which set us above others.
