The Ice Hut is a traditional Ice Cream Shop located in the traditional North Norfolk seaside town of Sheringham, towards the promenade end of the vibrant High Street.
Alongside an extensive, truly delicious array of Ice Creams, Shakes & Drinks, there is Fresh Candy Floss, Sheringham Rock and a range of creative “instagrammable” options, which include our Unicorn Cone & Sundaes.
Whippy Ice Cream
Our Whippy Ice Cream is enjoyed plain, with a Cadbury’s 99 Flake, or swirled with a choice of 8 flavour bursts, in a variety of cones or tubs, from tiny tots to extra large! There is an extensive array of toppings available, from your sprinkles, crumbs & sherbets to a dipped chocolate hard shell.
Scooped Ice Cream
We only source quality farmhouse ice cream, for our vast selection of 30+ traditional and contemporary flavours. With so many flavours on offer, you’re spoilt for choice.
Our traditional supplier, Bennetts, produces Ice Cream on the family farm with milk from their very own Holstein Friesian Cows, and has earned a reputation for excellence in both quality and taste, using natural flavours and ingredients.
Our other partner, Yarde Farm Ice Cream, has achieved Gold Great Taste Awards for our Reeces Peanut Butter & Lotus Biscoff flavours, and supplies our Vegan options.
Our Scooped Ice Cream is served in waffle cones or eco friendly tubs as standard, or you can opt to have your favourite flavours on one of our chocolate hand dipped & decorated finest waffle cones.
Vegan & Gluten Free Options
We offer popular plant based scooping flavours including Salted Caramel, Chocolate, Raspberry & Vanilla, alongside other dairy free options such as Sorbets, Lollies, or a Vegan Magnum. Vegan Thickshakes & Coffee Frappes are also available.
All our Hot Drinks are available with a Soya or Oat Milk alternative at no extra cost.
Gluten Free Cones are available for you to enjoy either our Whippy Ice cream, or 95% of our 30+ Scooping flavours.

Drinks
Our Thickshakes are blended thick to perfection with copious amounts of whippy ice cream and milk, together with your choice of classic flavour, biscuit or chocolate bar.
Our freshly ground Coffee is priced at from just £2.10, and is made using and fresh milk and premium espresso coffee beans. A range of Twinings Tea’s are also available.
We use the finest Hot Chocolate, made using hot milk, and particularly if you opt for our whipped cream and a Cadbury’s Flake option, is simply divine!
Our three flavours of Slush, are the best in quality, and made using 100% British sugar, and become extremely popular with all ages on a hot summer day!
A wide range of Cold Drinks including cans, bottles, children’s cartons and bottled water are also stocked at The Ice Hut.
Also on our menus, you will find Coffee Frappes blended using a freshly brewed espresso, ice, ice cream and your choice of Routin 1883 syrup and 100% real fruit Smoothies.
