Thorough dusting of all surfaces, including shelves, picture frames, door frames, skirting boards, blinds, and light fittings.
Removal of cobwebs
TVs and monitors cleaned (screens excluded)
Floors vacuumed, dry mopped, or wet mopped as appropriate.

Kitchen

Worktops and splashbacks wiped and sanitised.
Cupboards and cabinets cleaned externally.
Sink and hob scrubbed.
Large appliances cleaned externally
Toaster and microwave cleaned inside and out.

Cleaning of interior appliances such as ovens and refrigerators incurs an additional charge.

Bathrooms & Toilets

Bath and shower scrubbed and rinsed.
Bathroom tiles cleaned
Sink and toilet thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
Shower doors, mirrors, taps, and metal fittings polished.

Bedrooms & Living Areas

Beds made with fresh linen if left out.
Furniture dusted and wiped.
Windowsills and internal window frames wiped (if required)
